This is a good dessert to take to a family picnic!

Wild Blueberry Pineapple Coconut Cake


2 boxes Wild Blueberry Muffin mix, 

prepare according to instructions


1 large can crushed pineapple, drained


Mix pineapple into batter

Pour into 9x13 cake pan and set aside

 

Prepare the topping

2/3 cup melted butter

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 cup coconut

 

Spread the topping over muffin mix

bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes

Cover top with foil if browning too fast
